Looking to raise funds as part of your campaign? Create a custom fundraising link and invite your friends and family to support you with a monetary donation. For every $1 raised, Daily Bread can provide the equivalent of one meal for individuals and families experiencing hunger in our city.

How to Fundraise

Be sure to personalize your page with a picture and a message about why you’re raising funds. 

Step 2: Share your link 
Send your custom link to family and friends, inviting them to support your fundraising event.

Host a Food Drive

Rally your friends, family, colleagues, neighbours and classmates to donate non-perishable food items to your food drive. We’ll provide you with a checklist of our most-needed items and other resources to be successful. You can even request bins and/or bags to collect your donations.

How to run a food drive:

  1. Kickstart your drive by clicking the Start A Food Drive button below and completing a registration form. Mobilize your networks to donate non-perishable food items to your drive!

  1. Click the Download Resources button for a list of our most-needed items and helpful tools, including the Community Champion Toolkit. You can also pickup bins and/or bags from Daily Bread’s head office in Etobicoke to use in food item collection.

  1. When your food drive is complete, check out the Frequently Asked Questions button below to learn how to return the donations to Daily Bread Food Bank.
