Join us on-site at CBC Toronto on Friday, December 6, for their annual celebration of community and kindness in support of local food banks, Make the Season Kind (formerly known as Sounds of the Season).
There will be four special live tapings of CBC shows that day: Metro Morning, Laugh Out Loud, Bookends, and Here & Now, all held in CBC’s Glenn Gould Studio. Admission is free, but nearly all seats have now been reserved (although the waitlist is open and a few seats remain for Bookends). Metro Morning and Here & Now that day will each feature musical performances, surprise guests and insightful interviews on the state of food insecurity in Toronto.
If you didn’t get a seat, you can still come to CBC Toronto at 250 Front St. W. There will be an overflow space available and attendees will be invited inside if seats open up.
Make a day of it; in between shows, you can head over to the Barbara Frum Atrium to meet your favourite CBC TV and radio hosts, capture fun memories in the on-site photobooth, or enjoy a hot coffee courtesy of Tim Hortons.
Volunteers will be in the atrium throughout the day collecting both monetary and non-perishable food donations.

Start the day with host David Common and the Metro Morning team, featuring performances by William Prince, Zenesoul, Peter Dreams and Katie Tupper. Front Street doors open at 4:30am, Glenn Gould doors open at 5:00am.
