Volunteer for the Purolator Red Bag campaign!

We’re looking for volunteers to help us pick up red bags filled with food donations in neighbourhoods around Toronto this Saturday, September 21. Through this initiative, we’re aiming to collect 50,000 lbs of donated food for Torontonians facing hunger this Thanksgiving season. Come volunteer and join us! Here are the details:

• What’s needed: Volunteers ages 11+ for the Purolator Red Bag campaign 

• When: Saturday, September 21, 9:30am – 2:00pm

  • Riverdale South
  • East York (limited spots available)
  • Broadview
  • Corso Italia
  • Davisville Village (limited spots available)

  • Leaside North
  • Leaside South
  • St. Clair West North
  • St. Clair West South
    
• What to expect: lots of walking, lifting up to 10 lbs, and a true sense of community as you work together to help neighbours in need

• Tip: Make this a family outing! Volunteers ages 11-17 are welcome with a signed waiver form; volunteers ages 11-14 must be accompanied by an adult.
