Friendly. Inclusive. Supportive. Team-oriented. These are the words that come up most often if you ask Daily Bread Food Bank staff members what they think about our workplace culture.
“Everybody is super-friendly,” said Enitan Ajayi, a kitchen associate currently studying food security at TMU. “It’s like you’re working with family.”
We were so honoured that our workplace culture earned us a spot among Canada’s 50 Most Admired Corporate Cultures last year from Waterstone Human Capital.
