Daily Bread Food Bank has been certified as a Living Wage Employer by the Ontario Living Wage Network. We received this recognition for paying all employees a minimum of $25.05 per hour, which is the living wage rate in the GTA and $7.85 more than the province’s minimum wage.
As an organization that values equity and advocates for policies that enable everyone to fully participate in society, ensuring all employees earn a living wage is a core part of who we are. And we’re proud to not only pay a living wage, but also to provide our team members with progressive benefits, like mental health supports, parental leave top-ups and more.
