SIAL Canada is the largest food innovation trade show in North America. It brings together more than 1,000 national and international exhibitors from 50 countries and this year expects to welcome more than 20,000 attendees from Canada, the United States and 60 other countries.
SIAL Canada is donating all food products remaining after the exhibit to Daily Bread Food Bank, as well as $5 from every single registration fee.
